Our Guarantee and Assurance of Quality

All of our pre-owned vehicles are covered by a Statutory Warranty, and customers can also choose to purchase an Extended Warranty. Our warranties provide our clients protection against defects or other unforseen issues.

STATUTORY WARRANTY

Our Statutory Warranty covers you against most vehicle defects that may occur within the warranty period, or where the vehicle purchased is not as advertised. We are committed to ensuring our vehicles are of the highest quality, however in the unlikely event the car you purchase falls short of this standard, we will either repair the fault, or provide you with financial compensation or a refund. The Statutory Warranty is automatically applied to every vehicle purchase free of charge.

The majority of our vehicles are covered by a three-month Statutory Warranty. This warranty applies to vehicles that have travelled less than 160,000 kilometers and are less than 10 years old. On occasion, we offer for sale vehicles with slightly higher kilometers, or slightly older than 10 years old. These vehicles are covered by a one-month Statutory Warranty.

We also occasionally present classic vehicles that are typically older than 20 years, or vehicles that are listed on the Written Off Vehicle Register. While there is no requirement for motor dealers to provide a warranty for these vehicles, we proudly provide a one-month Statutory Warranty for these cars, for the extra peace of mind of our customers.

Customers also commended the insurer’s quick response to enquiries, excellent service, and efficient claims process.

AWN is known for its mechanical breakdown insurance, which provides coverage for various vehicles, such as cars, motorbikes, scooters, motorhomes, and caravans. Its other products and services are general insurance, administration and claims management, roadside assistance, asset protection, and training programmes.
